The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Legendary Edition Arrives in June

image

The Dragonborn isn’t done yet! Bethesda is releasing The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Legendary Edition in North America for all platforms June 4 ($59.99 USD) and in Europe and Australia June 7. This edition is set to include all three DLC (Dawnguard, Hearthfire, and Dragonborn) and is adding a bunch of cool new features as well. Players will be able to experience mounted combat, combat cameras, a Legendary difficulty mode for a real test of your abilities, and Legendary skills which will enable you to master every perk and level your skills infinitely.

If Skyrim hadn’t sold you before, it really should now. It is a great bargain and I completely recommend the game. Even gamers who already own the game but still want more will get a greater challenge in the Legendary mode.

Saints Row 4 — Meet the President Trailer

Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon Launch Trailer [North America]. Okay so it looks pretty silly, but the game OWNS it. A lot of people have been saying it is surprisingly fun despite being so ridiculous - anyone here play it?

It isn’t a rumor: Call of Duty: Ghosts is an official thing. The series is known for not exactly getting everything right (or realistic) about warfare, but those masks actually do have some history - aside from being a fashion statement by one of my favorite COD characters. Check out this article to learn a thing or two about that infamous skull mask.

Call of Duty: Ghosts Masked Warriors Teaser Trailer. The game arrives November 5th. Pre-order at GameStop and get an exclusive poster.

For those of you who haven’t heard yet, we’ve got a new Batman game on the way: Batman: Arkham Origins. The game’s main storyline is set several years before that of 2009’s Batman: Arkham Asylum. You play as a younger and less refined Batman who becomes the target of assassins on one Christmas Eve. If you aren’t a huge comic buff like me, check out this article by Game Informer! The game is set for release on October 25 of this year.

GameInformer writes that Ouya’s tech is a generation old…but does that really matter? After all, Android devices do not boast power and the Xbox 360 itself is running on “generation old” technology. Besides, it is moderately priced at $99…if they wanted even better hardware, the price would skyrocket. It outperformed the Nexus 7 tablet, but couldn’t keep up with newer phones the Nexus 4 or Samasung Galaxy S IV. Although I am curious: if any of you have bought the Ouya, what do you think? Even if you do not have the console, what are your impressions from the video?
